By accessing and using SendFiles.in ("the Site"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. The Site is provided as a non-custodial, peer-to-peer (P2P) file transfer utility 100% free of charge. No account creation, login, email registration, subscriptions, or credit card details are ever required to use our file-sharing service.

2. Non-Custodial P2P Architecture & User Responsibility

SendFiles.in does not host, store, preview, or archive your files on our servers. All transfers occur as real-time, direct device-to-device data streams between peers via WebRTC. Consequently:

• You retain full ownership, copyright, and legal responsibility for any content you transmit.
• Because we do not store your files on any cloud servers, we have no custody of your data and cannot recover, inspect, or re-transmit files after a session concludes.

3. Permitted Use & Zero Tolerance Policy

You must not use our Site to transmit, share, or broadcast any illegal content. We maintain a strict Zero Tolerance Policy against:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Terrorist or violent extremist material
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious executables
• Copyright infringement and unauthorized distribution of pirated material
• Any content violating local, state, national, or international laws

4. Termination & Abuse Prevention

We actively monitor signaling abuse reports. We reserve the right to immediately terminate access and block abusive IP addresses from utilizing our signaling infrastructure if illicit activity is detected.

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. As a non-custodial real-time streaming protocol, SendFiles.in holds no copies of any transferred data.
